Monthly travel reports
MIS travel reports, include a detailed summary based on the travel portfolio and statistical data which include corporate agreement tracking, cost centre reports, cost savings reports, supplier use and expenditure, passenger reports (e.g. cost of flights and frequently travelled routes), as well as all other travel related expenses such as accommodation, car rental, visa’s and travel insurance.

A Global Management Study was conducted by a management consulting firm namely Accenture. The study revealed that American Express Travel clients achieved on average 17 percent greater savings across the board than the customers of any other travel management company. American Express Travel Services has negotiated with over 20 000 hotels worldwide to provide our clients with preferential rates. These rates are available automatically to American Express Travel Services clients and have a huge saving potential.
Corporate Agreements
Trip Travel American Express assists all corporate customers with the negotiations of corporate agreements with relevant travel related service providers and suppliers, I.e. airlines, hotels, car rental companies and travel insurance.
